1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use govern purchases made in the IDNTY online store at idnty.shop (the “Store”) between the Seller and the Buyer.
1.2. The Seller is AUDI Latvija Biedrība, registration No. 40008263557, legal address Zundānu iela 9-243, Rīga, LV-1073, Latvia, email info@idnty.shop, phone +371 20304483.
1.3. The Buyer is a person who places an order in the Store. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1.5. The Seller may amend these Terms. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
2. Products and prices
2.1. Products are usually made to order after the order is received; some items may be available from stock.
2.2. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The Seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before payment.
2.3. Product colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product depending on display settings.
3. Placing an order and concluding the contract
3.1. To place an order, the Buyer adds products to the cart, enters the delivery details, selects an Omniva parcel terminal, agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and pays for the order.
3.2. The contract is concluded once payment is received and the Seller has sent an order confirmation to the Buyer’s email.
3.3. Upon request, the Seller issues an invoice (including for legal entities). Please email info@idnty.shop with the order number and the invoice details.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the e-commerce payment solution of AS SEB banka.
4.2. Card details are entered and processed by the payment platform; the Seller does not see or store them.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered to Omniva parcel terminals in the Baltic states and other European countries.
5.2. Production time is up to 7 days from payment. After dispatch, delivery takes up to 7 days within the Baltic states and up to 14 days to other European countries.
5.3. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Free delivery is available only during special campaigns, as stated in the campaign terms.
5.4. The Buyer receives a notification from Omniva when the parcel arrives at the selected terminal. If the parcel is not collected within the period set by Omniva, it is returned to the Seller; re-delivery costs are paid by the Buyer.
5.5. If delivery is delayed, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
6.1. The Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
6.2. To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller within this period by email at info@idnty.shop, stating the order number and the products being returned. The withdrawal form in section 10 may be used, but is not required.
6.3. The Buyer must send the product back within 14 days of notifying the Seller of the withdrawal, to: Zundānu iela 9-243, Rīga, LV-1073, Latvia.
6.4. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and packed securely. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it.
6.5. The Buyer pays the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or not what was ordered.
6.6. The Seller refunds the amount paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, to the original payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or the Buyer has provided proof of return shipment.

7. Defective products and complaints
7.1. The Buyer may submit a complaint about a product that does not conform to the contract within 2 years of receiving it.
7.2. Complaints should be sent to info@idnty.shop with the order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product and packaging.
7.3. The Seller responds to the complaint within 15 days. If the complaint is justified, the Seller covers the return shipping and, at the Buyer’s choice, replaces the product or refunds the amount paid.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service or by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure).
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the order.
9. Personal data and dispute resolution
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or a court of the Republic of Latvia. The laws of the Republic of Latvia apply.
